What counts as a run?
One run is one AI agent in one browser executing one test once. A launch that fans out to 5 browsers uses 5 runs. Every run includes the live view, the full action, console, and network replay, and video.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Runs pause until your period resets or you upgrade. Never a surprise bill. Upgrades apply immediately, mid-cycle.
Is the free tier actually useful?
Yes. 15 runs a month with the full live view and replay, no credit card. That's enough to cover your critical flows before several releases, not a crippled trial.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades and cancellations are self-serve from the billing portal and take effect at the end of the paid period. Downgrading shortens the run-history window you can see; older replays are kept and reappear if you upgrade again.
What's the difference between concurrency tiers?
Concurrency is how many browsers one test can fan out to at once. Higher tiers let you run 5 to 10 agents in parallel: faster suites, and a mini load test on the flows that matter.
